학습자의 진로탐색에 있어 경험중심 무용교육의 역할과 과제

존 듀이의 교육이론 중심으로

최근 경험을 통한 교육이 강조되며 학습자의 경험에 기반을 둔 경험중심 교육이 주목받고 있다. 이에 따라 무용교육에서도 진로와 경험에 관한 연구들이 비중 있게 수행되어 왔다. 하지만 학습자의 진로탐색에 있어서 경험중심 무용교육이 필수적임에도 불구하고, 현행연구에서 진로와 경험중심 무용교육을 상관지어서는 논의되지 않고 있다. 이에 따라 경험중심 교육의 의미 및 경험중심 무용교육의 교육적 기능, 중·고등학교의 진로교육 현황 내용 분석을 하였다. 연구결과, 무용교육은 체육교과에 속해 직접경험이 아닌 간접경험으로 진행되어 학습자에게 감성교육으로서 진로 역량을 주지 못하고 있으며, 단계적이지 못한 일회성 교육으로 이루어져 체험을 통한 역량개발과 미래를 대비하는 다양한 경험중심 무용교육이 부족한 실정으로 학습자의 진료탐색에 있어서 교육적인 역할을 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 학교예술교육 활성화를 통한 경험중심 무용교육을 실천하기 위해 예술영역으로서 직접무용프로그램의 개발, 연속적인 무용교육을 위한 동아리활동 및 지역사회의 협조와 운영콘텐츠의 개발, 진로연계를 위해 전문적인 무용교수법의 연구에 대한 과제를 제시한다. 이러한 학습자의 진로탐색을 위한 경험중심 무용교육의 역할과 과제를 보안 할 수 있는 융. 복합적 적용 방안에 관한 후속연구와 이에 대한 지속적인 활발한 논의가 필요하다.

Recently, education through experience is emphasized, and experience-centered education based on learners experience has been in the spotlight. Accordingly, even in dance education, researches on careers and experiences have been heavily carried out. Accordingly, this study aims to explore the role of dance education in depth and present a task to offer experience-centered dance education in learners s career exploration. For this, the study analyzed the meaning of experience-centered education, the educational function of experience-centered dance education and the present condition contents of career education of middle and high schools. The results are as follows. Since dance education belongs to a physical subject and is offered as an indirect experience, not a direct experience, it does not give learners career competencies as a sensibility education, and since it consists of an antiphasic one-time education, competence improvements through experiences and various experience-centered dance educations for the future are lacked, it does not play an educational role in learners career exploration. Thus, it presents a task for researching a professional teaching method of dance for direct development of a dance program as an artistic area, club activities for continuous dance education, the community s cooperation, developing operation contents and a connection with career to offer an experience-centered dance education through vitalizing school art education. Therefore, follow-up studies on an integral, complex application method to complement the roles and tasks of experience-centered dance education for learners career exploration and continuous and active discussions of this are needed.
