생애단계별 교사연수 모형 개발

A Study on the Development of Life-Stage Teacher Training Model: Focus on Gangwon-do Office

이 연구는 강원도교육청 소속 교사들을 대상으로 학교급별 경력 단계에 따른 교사들의 연수 요구도를 조사하여 생애단계 교사연수 모형을 개발하였다. 조사 결과 초등학교 교사는 공통적으로 심리상담, 생활지도, 학생학습지원, 진로지도, 학생이해 공감과 관련된 연수가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 적응기에는 수업과 교과전문 연수, 성장기는 자기관리와 교과전문 연수, 성숙기에는 자기관리와 수업 연수, 숙련기에는 자기관리와 자기개발 연수가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 중학교 교사는 공통적으로 진로지도, 심리상담, 생활지도와 관련된 연수가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 적응기에는 학생학습지원, 수업, 교과전문, 학생이해, 공감 연수, 성장기에는 네트워크 구축 및 활용, 자기관리, 학생학습지원, 교과전문 연수, 성숙기는 학생학습지원, 자기관리, 수업, 학생이해공감 연수, 숙련기에는 네트워크 구축 및 활용, 자기관리, 학습공동체 활동, 학생이해공감 연수가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 고등학교 교사는 공통적으로 진로지도, 심리상담, 생활지도와 관련된 연수가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 적응기에는 학생학습지원, 수업, 교과전문, 학생이해, 공감 연수, 성장기에는 수업, 학생이해공감, 학습공동체 활동, 학생학습지원 연수, 성숙기는 자기관리, 학생학습지원, 학습공동체활동, 학생이해공감 연수, 숙련기에는 학습공동체 활동, 자기관리, 자기개발, 네트워크 구축 및 활용 연수가 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a lifelong career stage teacher training model for Gangwon - do Office of Education. The results of this study are as follows: First, elementary school teachers need training related to psychological counseling, life guidance, student learning support, career guidance and student understanding. Self-management and self-development training are needed for self - management and self - development. Self- management and self - development training are needed for maturity. Second, middle school teachers commonly need training related to career guidance, psychological counseling, and life guidance. The specialized training required for each career is as follows: adaptive learning support, class, curriculum, student understanding, sympathy training, network construction and utilization during growth period, self management, student learning support, classes, student sympathy training, and skillful period network construction and utilization, self-management, learning community activities, student sympathy training is needed. Third, high school teachers commonly need training related to career guidance, psychological counseling, and life guidance. The specialized training required for each career is as follows: adaptive learning, student learning support, instruction, curriculum, student understanding, sympathy training, growing class, sympathy for student understanding, learning community activities, student learning support training, Learning community activities, student understanding sympathy training, skill group needs learning community activities, self - management, self - development, network construction and utilization training.
