에니어그램 성격유형에 따른 간호대학생의 간호전문직관, 창의적 리더십, 간호진로분야 선호도의 차이

Clinical Career Preference, Nursing Professionalism & Creative Leadership according to Enneagram Personality Types in Nursing Students.

본 연구는 에니어그램 성격유형에 따른 간호대학생의 간호전문직관, 창의적 리더십 및 간호진로분야 선호도의 어떠한 차이가 있는지 확인하는데 있다. 자료 수집은 2017년 4월 5일부터 5월 24일까지 G시에 소재한 간호대 1~2학년 252명을 편의 표집하여 설문 조사하였다. 에니어그램 성격유형에 따른 간호전문직관의 정도는 통계적으로 차이는 없었다(F=0.08, p=.922). 창의적 리더십의 정도는 장형이 평균 3.43점, 가슴형은 3.58점, 머리형은 3.55점이었고, 통계적으로 유의한 차이(F=4.53, p=.012)를 보여 가슴형이 장형보다 창의적 리더십의 정도가 높았다(p=.017). 본인의 역량을 가장 잘 발휘할 수 있을 것 같은 간호진로 분야로서 장형은 공무원, 응급실, 내과계 병동 순으로 선호하였고, 가슴형은 공무원, 응급실, 중환자실 순이었으며, 머리형은 공무원과 수술실을 각각 선호하였다. 따라서 전통적으로 의료기관내 진로를 선호하는 것과 다르게 공무원 분야를 가장 우선적으로 선호하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 간호대학생의 진로지도 및 4차 산업혁명시대에 필요로 하는 창의적 리더십 향상을 위한 간호교육 프로그램의 기초자료에 도움이 될 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to clinical career preference, nursing professionalism & creative leadership according to Enneagram personality types in nursing students. Data were collected from 252 nursing students from 1~2 grade of university students studying the department nursing science in G Metropolitan city from April 5, to May 24, 2017. There was no difference in nursing professionalism according to type(F=0.08, p=.922). The Creative leadership according to the enneagram personality type was 3.43 in the intestine type, 3.58 in the Heart type, and 3.55 in the head type. There was statistically significant difference between(F=4.53, p=.012) Heart type was higher than intestinal type(p=.017). The intestine type, which is the nursing career field which seems to be able to exert the most ability of oneself, preferred public officials, emergency room and medical ward. The heart type preferred public officials, ER and intensive care unit. The head type preferred public officials and operating room. Therefore, it was found that the public service rather than the traditional preferred hospital work. The results of this study will be helpful for the basic data of nursing education program for career guidance of nursing college students and creative leadership needed in the era of the 4th industrial revolution.
