The Effect of Job Stability of Restaurant Employees on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Customer Orientation

본 연구의 목적은 직무안정성이 조직시민행동과 고객지향성에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이며, 이러한 관계영향에서 조직시민행동이 매개역할을 하는지 알아보는 것이다. 이와 같은 연구를 바탕으로 효율적인 인적자원관리에 기여하고자 했다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 서울지역 외식기업 종사원 중 정사원을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하여 조사하였다. 설문지는 400부의 설문지를 배포하고, 그 중 불성실한 설문과 부적합한 설문을 제외 한 총 241부를 실증분석에 사용하였다. 본 연구의 수행결과 첫째, 직무안정성의 2개의 요인(업무안정성과 임금안정성)이 조직시민행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직시민행동이 고객지향성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다 셋째, 직무안정성의 2개의 요인(업무안정성 임금안정성) 고객지향성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 직무안정성의 2개의 요인(업무안정성 임금안정성)과 고객지향성 간의 영향 관계에 있어 조직시민행동이 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 학문적 관점에서 조직행동 학문에서 일반화에 기여하고, 실무적 관점에서 인적자원관리 운영에 관한 기초정보를 제공 하였다.

This study aims to understand the influence of job stability on organizational citizenship behavior and customer orientation, and to see whether the organizational citizenship behavior plays a mediating role in this relation. We tried to contribute to the effective HR management through this study. To meet this purpose, we distributed our survey to the subjects of regular employees in the food service industry located in Seoul. Among 400 of the sheets, 241 are used for analysis of actual proof after excluding the inappropriate ones to our study. In the study, two factors of job stability, job duty stability and wage stability, appeared to positively affect organizational citizenship behavior. Secondly, it turns out that organizational citizenship behavior affects positively customer orientation. Thirdly, the two factors of organizational citizenship behavior have a positive effect on customer orientation. Fourthly, in the relation between the two factors of job stability and customer orientation, the organizational citizenship behavior partly mediates. This study result contributes to the generalization of organizational behavior study in the academic point and provides basic information about HR management in the practical aspect.
