The woman CEO Seun-Ho Kang became the founder of Dong-Hwa Medical Foundation and rose from poverty to establish one of the largest medical institute for citizens through combination creative thinking, woman leadership, interpersonal relations organizational ability and business strategy that few competitors ever understood. She began managing “Mok-Dong Seung-mo Hospital” in October, 1983 when many experts unanimously predicted she would fail, and she started to managing the oriental and western styled hospital simultaneously and established the medical foundation with 100 beds of “Dong-Hwa Hospital” and she is going to establish 300 beds of bigger size of hospital named “Seun-Ho Kang’s Medical Foundation” in Namwon city, Cholla Province in February 2004. for silver hospital to medicare senile dementia. She managed western and oriental hospital based on the four principles, Ethics Management(EM), Value-Based Management(VBM), Knowledge Management(KM) and Vision Management. She devoted for the physically handicapped persons as a director of the Disabled Persons Association through regular meetings and donations. And she visited Pyungyang, North Korea, several times in 2003, for mutual understanding with each party as a member of The North-South Exchange Program in corporated by many fields of civil institutions.
