This article discussed the Technicians of Large Scale Cotton Textile Factories during the 1910’s-1930’s. This Factories are Kyungsong Spinning Company. Chosun Spinning and Weaving Company, Oriental Spinning Company(Inchon & Kyungsong), Ganebo Spinning Company(Chonnam & Kyungsong). The total number of Technicians were 43. Among these only 16 technicians were Korean and 27 technicians were Japanese. The number of Korean technicians who graduated school in Korea were 9. The number of Korean technicians who graduated school in Japan were 7. The number of Japanese technicians who graduated school in Japan were 26. The number of Technicians who majored in textile field were 29. The number of Technicians who majored in mechanical engineering were 9. The number of Technicians who majored in applied chemistry were 2. The half of Technicians graduated Kyeongseong Higher Industrial School(京城高等工業學校) and Tokyo Industrial College(東京工業大學). Kyeongseong Higher Industrial School was the only institution of higher education that educated high quality textile technicians during the Japanese Colonial Period in Korea. The most of Technicians graduated in 1920’s-1930’s. There were 5-7 Technicians worked in each large factories.
