In terms of social change, Industrial Revolution con be defined as the substitution of competition for the medieval regulations which controlled the production and distribution of wealth in England from mid 18th century. But after 1825, sooner or later, Europe countries began to get Involved In the process of Industrialization. Fran 1795 onwards and at the period of Industrial Revolution In Europe, Poland was divided into three parts and inevitably affected by the partitioning states. Russia, Germany, and Austria, soclo-econo-politlcally. During the occupation by and the resistence against those states. the Palish become socialists which preferred community to efficiency. But Karol Adamleckl spread the Idea of Scientific Management which enhanced the productivity of Polish industry, eventually It prepared the ground for capitalism In Poland.
