The Use of Internet has been dramatically increased keeping in pace with the development of information & communication technology. Regardless of the types of E-Business such as Business to Customer(B2C), Business to Business(B2B) and Business to Government(B2G), nowadays, Information Searching and E-mail exchange have been generalized through the Internet. As the intranet and extrance have been constructed briskly, the Internet is now also acting as a catalyst of E-commerce spread. Moreover, Internet has made another aspect, that is, international backbone of E-commerce has been constructed over the world with the Internet. Hereafter, it will be expected that the terminology, Internet, will be much accustomed to the people and be applied to various fields. However, the general consensus of E-commerce concept has not yet been set and other related problems have been present. Therefore the purpose of this study is as follows This study summarizes and analyses the general concept of E-commerce, that is, the development phases of E-commerce will be examined and the characteristics of each phase will be also analysed. Based on the above purpose, this study can also examine the possible issues regarding E-commerce.
