This study began as an attempt to formulate a direct investment stimulation plan in light of the fact that although direct investment in East Europe grew at an astounding rate after Korea and East Europe established diplomatic relations in 1990. LG’s investment in East Europe has experienced continual growth. Direct investment in East Europe in establishing a plan to revitalize investments. first a study in LG’ strategy is necessary in order to strengthen investment information and support systems. Secondly, the following fundamental points are needed in order to succeed in investing in East Europe.
