공동주택 빗물이용시설의 합리적 규모산정 방안 연구

A Study on the Rational Scale Estimation of Rainwater Harvesting Facilities on Condominium Complex

도시화가 이루어지면서 생활용수, 조경용수, 공업용수 등 각종 분야에서 더욱 많은 양의 물을 필요로 하게 됨에 따라 빗물의 효율적인 이용은 중요한 도시문제로 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국·내외적으로 그 중요성과 필요성이 높아지고 있는 빗물이용의 효율성을 향상시키기 위하여 빗물이용시설의 합리적 규모 산정방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 공동주택단지에 적용된 빗물이용 시스템의 적정 저수용량 및 규모 산정을 위해 수문분석을 수행하였다. 연구 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내·외 공동주택단지 빗물이용 사례조사 및 문제점 파악을 위하여 선행연구 사례 및 문헌연구를 수행하였다. 둘째, 연구대상지인 공동주단지의 기존 설계를 분석하였다. 셋째, 기존 설계의 적합성 분석을 통한 합리적 규모산정 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 사항들을 기반으로 빗물이용시설을 설치, 계획, 유지관리 한다면 빗물이용시설을 보다 효율적으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Urbanization has led to the need for more water in various fields. As a result, efficient use of rainwater is becoming an important urban problem. The purpose of this study is to suggest a method for estimating the rational scale of rainwater harvesting facilities in order to improve the efficiency of rainwater harvesting, which is becoming increasingly important and necessary in Korea and abroad. For this purpose, hydrological analysis was carried out to estimate the appropriate capacity and scale of rainwater using system applied to condominium complexes. The contents of the study are as follows. First, we tried to identify rainwater use cases and problems in domestic and foreign condominium complexes. For this purpose, we analyzed trends related to rainwater use. Second, we analyzed the existing design of condominium complex. Third, we proposed a rational scale estimation method by analyzing the suitability of the existing design. Based on the findings presented in this study, it is considered that rainwater harvesting facilities can be used more efficiently if rainwater harvesting facilities are installed, planned and maintained.
