사회복지관의 운영현황과 그 발전방향

Managerial situation of community social welfare centers and developmental direction

지방자치제의 본격적 실시에 따라 지역주민들의 복지의식 및 욕구 변화에 조응할 수 있는 사회복지서비스 프로그램의 다원화가 요청된다. 본 연구에서는 사회복지서비스가 지역사회보호와 정상화를 통하여 지역사회복지로 통합되어야 한다는 전제하에서 사회복지관의 현황 및 당면과제를 살펴보고, 이를 위한 사회복지관 운영과 서비스의 발전 방향을 제시하였다.

As the decentralization has been proceeded, the pluralization of social welfare service programs has been requested in concordance with the welfare consciousness and needs of community residences. Assuming that the community welfare should integrate the various social welfare services through the community care and the normalization, this study examined the resent managerial situations and problems of community social welfare centers and suggested the developmental perspectives in the services and the operation of community social welfare centers.
