아동·청소년 복지서비스 조직의 조직영역별 협력관리활동이 조직간 협력행위에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

A study on the effect of collaboration management on inter-organizational collaborations corresponding to each arena in korean children and youth social service organizations

연구는 아동·청소년 복지서비스 조직에 있어서, 아동청소년 조직을 대상으로 하는 협력관리활동이 조직간 협력행위에 영향을 미치는지, 지역사회 관련 조직을 대상으로 하는 협력관리활동이 조직간 협력행위에 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 목적을 가지고 있다. 아동청소년복지서비스 조직과의 만남, 지역사회조직과의 만남, 아동청소년복지서비스 조직과의 협력 계약, 지역사회 조직과의 협력 계약, 개인의 비공식인맥, 조직의 기능, 서비스 수를 독립변수로 하였고, 다른 조직에 의뢰 재배치한 아동청소년 수, 다른 조직으로부터 의뢰 재배치 받은 아동청소년 수, 제공받은 프로그램 종류 수, 제공한 프로그램 종류 수를 종속변수로 하였다. 분석결과, 아동청소년 복지서비스 조직을 대상으로 하는 만남과 계약의 협력관리 요인과 서비스 수라는 조직기능 요인이 다른 조직으로부터 재배치 받은 아동청소년 수에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 아동청소년 복지서비스 조직은 원활한 클라이언트 의뢰를 위하여 같은 서비스 영역의 조직과 비교적 긴밀한 협력을 가지도록 협력관리활동에 특별한 노력을 해야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to know whether the collaboration management on children and youth social service organizations affects inter-organizational collaborations or whether the collaboration management on community agencies and organizations affects inter-organizational collaborations. The independent factors are the formal and informal meeting with children and youth social service organizations, the formal and informal meeting with community agencies and organizations, the contract with children and youth social service organizations, the contract with community agencies and organizations, the personal tie, the organizational function, and the number of services. The dependent factors are the number of clients refering to other organizations, the number of clients refered to, the number of services provided, the number of services providing. The results show that collaboration management like meeting and contract on children and youth social service organizations, the number of services affect the number of clients refered to. Children and youth social service organizations should especially make effort to collaborate with service agencies and organizations within same arena for refering
