The Effects of Early Childhood Teacher s Social Supporting on Job Satisfaction and Psychological Well-Being: A mediating Effect of Ego-resilience

본 연구는 유아교사의 사회적 지지가 직무만족도와 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 연구함에 있어 자아탄력성의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이었다. 본 연구목적을 위해 전라북도 지역에 소재한 유아교사 221명을 대상으로 사회적 지지, 직무만족도, 심리적 안녕감, 자아탄력성에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 상관분석, 회귀분석, Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 회귀분석과 Sobel Test를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 사회적 지지는 교사의 직무만족도, 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 자아탄력성은 사회적 지지와 직무만족도의 관계에서 부분매개, 사회적 지지와 심리적 안녕감에서도 부분매개 효과가 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 유아교사의 사회적 지지가 직무만족도와 심리적 안녕감, 자아탄력성을 증진시키는 주요 요인임이 확인되었고, 유아교사의 사회적 지지기반 확충이 필요함을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the mediating effects of ego-resilience on the relationship between social supporting and job satisfaction, psychological well-being. To achieve the study goals, a survey was carried out for 221 early childhood teacher working at nursery facilities with in jeonlabuk-do Province. The analysis of data used correlation analysis, regression analysis, Baron & Kenny(1986) s mediating analysis, and Sobel test. The study found that job satisfaction has positive relationship among social supporting, while ego-resilience plays a partially mediating role between the two variables. And psychological well-being has positive relationship among social supporting, while ego-resilience plays a partially mediating role between the two variables. These results suggest that early childhood teachers social supporting is an important factor for job satisfaction and psychological well-being.
