IPA를 활용한 체육 안전사고에 관한 초등 교사들의 인식 연구

A Study on Elementary School Teachers Recognition on Safety Accident of PE Classes Using IPA

본 연구는 초등학교 체육 수업 시간 안전사고에 대해 초등 교사들이 인식하는 중요도와 수행도를 알아보고 보다 효율적인 안전 교육의 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 학 교현장에서 체육 안전사고의 원인과 예방 및 대처 등에 대한 교사들의 응답을 IPA 기법을 활용하여 분석한 결과 아래와 같은 결론을 도출할 수 있었다. 첫째, 초등학교 교사들은 대체로 체육 수업의 안전사고 요인에 대한 중요도에 근접하게 안전교육을 실시하고 있었지만 각 요인의 영역과 항목별 편차가 고르지 않기 때문에 이에 대한 개선이 요구된다. 둘째, 안전사고 요인의 세부 항목에서 교사와 관계된 요인은 체육 안전사고에 대해 중요하다고 생각하는 것보다 안전교육 및 예방 조치 등의 수행도가 더 높게 나타났으며, 학생 요인은 중요도에 비해 수행도가 더 낮게 나타났다. 셋째, 교사의 인식에 의한 중요성과 실제 체육 수업 안전사고 통계에 따른 정교한 안전사 고 요인의 중요성에 대한 편차를 고려하고, 보다 정교한 요인의 파악에 대한 연구가 요구된다. 이 연구 결과가 체육 수업 안전사고 예방과 향후 관련 연구에 도움이 되기 를 기대해본다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest more effective directions of safety accident by analyzing the survey results of elementary school teachers about physical education classes. And the factors of safety accident were classified into teacher factor, student factor and environmental factor. The results of Importance- Performance Analyze are as follows. First, elementary school teachers were practicing safety education closely to the importance of safety factors of physical education classes. However, the variation of each factor is uneven, and improvement is required. Second, teachers were carrying out more safety education on teacher factors than importance. On the other hand, they had lower performance than students factors in terms of importance. Third, it is required to consider more detail factors of the importance of safety education. And rhe importance of safety factors need to be considered based on statistical data of actual accidents. The results of this study are expected to help prevent safety accidents in physical education classes and contribute to future research.
