중년 취업남성의 다중역할 몰입과 심리적 안녕감 간의 관계

The mediating effect of Self-Efficiency on the Relationship between Multiple Roles commitment and Psychological Well-being of middle-aged Men in preparing for the Old Age

본 연구는 우리 사회의 중년 취업남성들의 다중역할 몰입이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향에 대한 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기, 인천에 거주하고 배우자와 자녀가 있으며 직업이 있는 만 45세에서 59세 사이의 255명의 중년 취업남성들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하고 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다중역할 몰입 및 자기효능감이 심리적 안녕감에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 다중역할 몰입이 심리적 안녕감에 정적 효과를 나타내는 과정에서 자기효능감이 다중역할 몰입과 심리적 안녕감 간을 매개하는 것을 Sobel의 z값을 사용하여 검증하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 중년 취업남성들의 다중역할 몰입과 심리적 안녕감 간의 관계에서 매개변인으로서의 자기효능감의 중요성을 확인하였으며, 이에 따른 사회복지실천 및 연구를 위한 함의를 제언하였다.

The objective of this study was to examine the mediating effect of self-efficacy on the relationship between multiple roles and psychological well-being of middle-aged men, who preparing for the old age. In order to achieve the goal, a survey research was carried out on working middle aged men with children and wife between the ages of 45 ~ 59 in Seoul, Kyunggi distinct and Incheon, and data was used on 255 cases. Correlated analysis for the statistical analysis was practiced using SPSS ver 15.0 and structural equation model for confirmatory factor analysis was practiced using AMOS ver 7.0 to perform a quantitative analysis of the data. The result of structural equation modeling supported the conclusion that the self-efficacy was positively and indirectly revealed to function as a partial mediator in the relationship between multiple roles and psychological well-being of middle-aged men. Also, self-efficacy can be asserted a direct effect as well as indirect effect via multiple roles and psychological well-being. And therefore, the proposed mediating model was proved by the above results.
