미취업 장애인의 좋은 일자리에 관한 인식 유형 연구

Decent Work Perceived by the Non-employed Handicapped in Korea

본 연구는 미취업 장애인이 인식하는 좋은 일자리 유형을 탐색하고 각 유형별 특성을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 Q 방법론을 활용하였다. 즉, 장애인과 비장애인의 노동 또는 취업에 관한 연구, 직무스트레스 및 직무만족에 관한 연구, 장애인 실태조사 등 관련문헌의 고찰을 통해 추출한 Q 진술문 중 내용상의 중복을 피해 삭제 또는 통합 정리하여 최종 29개의 진술문을 Q 표본으로 선정하였으며, 장애인 대학생 및 직업재활중인 장애인 32명을 P표본으로 선정하였다. 수집된 자료는 PC QUANL 프로그램 통해 분석하였으며, Q요인분석은 주요인분석 방법을 사용하였다. 분석결과, 미취업 장애인이 인식하는 좋은 일자리에 대해서 1) 조건과 보상 지향형, 2) 보호된 노동시장 지향형, 3) 자아실현 추구형 그리고 4) 현실안주형 등 이상 4가지 인식유형으로 구분되었으며, 본 연구는 유형별 특성 및 결과를 기초로 하여 장애인을 위한 좋은 일자리 창출 방안에 대해 논의를 진행하였다.

This study tried to explore and classify types of the subjective perception on the decent work amongst the non-employed handicapped in Korea by using the Q-methodology. 29-items of Q-sample were adopted based on the literature reviews and interviews with the handicapped in Korea. Also, 32 persons with disabilities, who were attending a college or a vocational rehabilitation program, were invited as the P-sample. The collected data were analyzed using PC QUANL program. The correlation and matrix was subjected to a principal component analysis. As a result of analysis of 29-item Q samples and 24 P samples, type of subjective perception on the handicapped can be categorized into four: 1) working conditions and reward, 2) protected labor market, 3) self-actualizing work seeking, 4) self-confident and competitive work, respectfully. Based on the findings, it delivered suggestions for better practices and policies to prepare decent work for the handicapped in Korea.
