노인복지시설의 안전운영을 위한 가상현실기반 인명탈출 융복합연구

A Convergence Approch on Evacuation Simulation of Social Welfare Facility for the Elderly

본 연구는 사회복지시설(노인복지시설)을 포함한 육상/해상 구조물에 대한 실용적인 인명탈출 시뮬레이션이 가능한 소프트웨어(SW)개발을 목표로 사회복지학과 조선해양공학의 융복합연구이다. 화재등과 같은 위기상황에서 생명구조에 대한 인명탈출 환경 및 객체(탈출주체) 모델링 기술과 인명탈출 시뮬레이션 기술 및 분석/결과 가시화 기술 등을 개발하고자 남구노인복지 관에서 이용자들을 대상으로 탈출 시험 절차 개발 및 평가 방법을 도출하였 다. 이런 과정을 통해 국내 최초 IMO Guideline을 만족하는 인명탈출 시뮬레 이션 S/W 개발에 성공하였으며 본 연구의 함의와 향후 추진계획을 결론에서 다루었다.

One of the most important issues in the operation of social welfare facility is safety of life under emergency situations such as fire. Although it is compulsory to equip safety management manual and fire safety facilities under laws and regulations, safety assessment is based on qualitative decision. This study is a convergence approach on safe evacuation of social welfare facility with shipbuilding engineering. The aim of this study is to make software that assesses life safety through quantitative assessment method and direct experiment on factors under emergency situations in the welfare facility for the aged.
