비경쟁적 집단 활동이 유아와 교사가 인식하는 유아의 친사회적 행동에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Non-Competitive Group Play Activities on Prosocial Behavior

본 연구는 비경쟁적 집단 활동이 유아와 교사가 인식하는 유아의 친사회적 행동에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 만 4세 36명이였으며 자료 분석은 t-test를 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비경쟁적 집단 활동은 유아가 스스로 인식한 유아의 친사회적 행동과 정적인 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 비경쟁적 집단 활동은 교사가 인식한 유아의 친사회적 행동에 정적인 상관관계가 나타났다. 셋째, 비경쟁적 집단 활동은 유아가 인식한 친사회적 행동의 하위영역에서는 개인정서조절 능력과 교육기관 적응능력에서 높게 나타났으며 교사가 인식한 친사회적 행동의 하위영역에서는 지도성, 도움주기, 의사소통, 주도적 배려, 접근시도, 나누기, 감정이입 및 조절에서 유의미하게 나타났다.

This study has the purpose to examine the effect of non-competitive group play activities on the prosocial behaviors of young children recognized by themselves and the prosocial behaviors of young children recognized by teachers Of all 4-year-old children in Y kindergarten, Chuncheon City, I selected 17 young children in Class A as an experimental group and 19 young children in Class B as a comparative group for determining the objects of this study. The procedures of this study were composed of preliminary exam, pretest, experiments for 14 weeks and post-test, and I conducted the experiments 26 times for 14 weeks from May. 02, 2011 to Aug. 24, 2011. The results of this study are as follows. First, there is a significant difference in the prosocial behaviors of young children recognized by themselves with respect to the non-competitive group play activities. As examining sub-factors, there is a significant difference in personal emotional regulation competence and adaptability in the kindergarten, but there is no significant difference in interpersonal relationship formative competence. Second, the non-competitive group play activities have an effect on the prosocial behaviors of young children recognized by teachers. These all have an effect on the leadership, offering help, communication, attempting access, initiative consideration, sharing, empathy and emotional self-regulation. As a result of this study, the non-competitive group play activities positively affect the prosocial behaviors of young children Therefore, these can be usefully applied to the prosocial behaviors and formulation of self-concept on the ground.
