어린이집에서 경험하는 원장의 고충 및 대처 방법 이해

본 연구는 효과적인 어린이집을 운영하는데 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 원장 149명을 대상으로 어린이집에서 경험하는 원장 고충 인식을 조사하였다. 본 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 원장의 변인배경과 개인적 배경에 따른 고충 정도를 분석하므로 시설유형, 재직유형, 재원 원아 수, 경력에 따라 고충이 있었고, 원장의 역할 영역에도 그 고충이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 원장의 역할 영역인 변인배경에 따른 원장의 고충은 교직원 관리가 모든 원장의 개인적 배경에서 고충으로 분석되었다. 원장의 개인적 배경에서 시설유형으로는 가정어린이집이, 민간어린이집, 사회복지법인어린이집, 직장어린이집, 국공립어린이집, 법인 단체 등 어린이집 순으로 교직원에 대한 고충을 공통적으로 느끼고 있었다. 재직유형별로는 설립원장이, 재원 원아수로는 20인 이하가, 원장경력으로는 5년 미만이 고충이 제일 높다고 인식하였다.

Served in this establishment director type, the number is 20 or fewer financial resources kindergartener, director career is less than five years were the most high recognition distress. The survey was show with the variance analysis of the director background and personal background variables in this study facilities director type, tenure type, number of kindergarten funding, depending on experience was the distress, even though the role of the director areas that could be seen that this grievance.
