Each of the adjustment that SID and collimation also magnification. Results : SID is the higher and higher the effective dose was too low. The magnification is enlargement would not do more, the effective dose was too low. The collimation also the more narrow, effective dose was too low. we can see that lower dose, but considering the sensitivity of the tissue examination, we knew that we need to adjust collimation. Because, absorbed dose is higher within the collimation. Conclusion : The most direct position to take action who radiologist to reduce the risk of medical radiation. When we are shooting radiation, we always think the irradiation dose and trying to have to reduce irradiation dose.
