C-arm 사용 시 환자 피폭선량 저감에 관한 연구

Purpose : Using C-ann in operating, it is to confirm a operating process according to a type of operation for using magnification function on C-ann or method that is patient receding from I.I tube(image intensifier tube). So patient dose is measured and compared as magnification of image and collimation to look for decreasing radiation dose. Materials and methods : Phantom is located on operating table. As center of spine, kidney and bladder, skin dose and organ dose was measured on normal, magnification 1, magnification 2 and distance 1 (Distance 1 is showed the same image size as magnification 1)for exposed 1 minute in each study. It is to measure skin dose and organ dose on the spine of phantom using collimation at the same method. Results : Skin dose and organ dose is increased as image magnification. Radiation dose of distance 1 is more than radiation dose of magnification 1 to 1.5 and twice out of magnification 1 and distance 1 Displayed the same image size. In case of using collimation, it is decreased to skin dose and organ dose in each mode. Skin dose is smaller 2mGy. It is displayed to difference of organ dose in each mode. Normal mode is 0.256mGy, magnification 1 is 6.574mGy, magnification 2 is 14.976mGy, distance 1 is 11.744mGy. Conclusion : In case of image magnification on C-ann in operating room, using magnification function of C-ann is better than method that is patient receding from I.I tube(image intensifier tube). This study is recommended to use collimation for decreasing radiation dose of patient. Going on step forward, it needs to maintain study that is the way of using C-ann in operating.
