In this paper we construct a subalgebra L8 of M8(R) which is a generalization of the algebra of quaternions. Moreover we prove that the algebra L8 is the real Cli？？ord algebra Cl3, and so L8 is a matrix representation of Cli？？ord algebra Cl3.
