However, the nudear crisis is yet to be solved and fewex야ct that it wil1 be over soon. Thus, we an띠yzed some of the motives that have driven North Korea to develop nuclear weapons. The history of the North Korean nucJear program suggests regime survival ìs one answer. They also employ various tactics over different time period. To deal with them, ther fore, synchronized action behνeen Washîngton and $eoul wiU be critical.
