Purpose : To evaluate the effectiveness of a stent insertion using endoscopic fluoroscopy in case of malignant upper gastric intestinal obstruction and stenosis. Materials and Methods : 12 patients underwent stent insertion under fluoroscopic guidance and 12 patients angio-intervention. The catheter of two types in angio-intervention was used. Ore was neurovascular guide catheter and another was single catheter. Stent insertion method under fluoroscopic guidance was compared with angio-intervention (neurovascular guide catheter, single catheter) and analysed time and accesibility of intervention.
