Comparative Study on Diagnostic Value and Effectiveness of Gastroscope and UGI Series

The study on rte efficiency and diagnostic value of Gastroscopy and UGI. The goal of this study is to compare the diagnostic value of Gastroscopy and UGI and to analyze thief efficiency statistically. The each examination was done on 300 patients from 3 medical centers located in the national capital region. The study period was from 6/1/2006 to 6/30/2006. The results are as follows. First, Men were examined more than women. Second, the age in which the most people were examined around 40 in both genders. Third, the most common disease in Gastroscopy was gastritis and it was also the most common in UGI. Fourth, the ratio of sleep endoscopes in Gastroscopy was 28.5% About a quarter of the patients felt unoomfortable about taking Gastroscopy, Fifth, when a person took both examinations, the results were the same with a possibility of 78%.
