예비중등교사의 자기주도 학습능력 및 창의적 리더십과 문제해결능력 간의 관계 분석:

An Analysis of Relation between Self-directed Learning Abilities, Creative Leaderships and Problem Solving Skills: Focusing on the Mediation Effect of Self-Efficacy of Pre-service Middle School Teachers

본 연구는 예비중등교사로 양성되고 있는 사범계열 대학생을 대상으로 자기주도 학습능력 및 창의적 리더십과 문제해결능력 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적을 둔 실증적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 광주광 역시에 소재한 사범대학교 3～4학년 237명을 연구대상으로 선정하여 2017년 3월 6일부터 17일까지 2주간에 걸쳐 설문조사를 수행하였다. 수집된 설문자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 신뢰도 검증, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같 은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 자기주도 학습능력과 창의적 리더십은 문제해결능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 자기효능감은 문제해결능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자기주도 학습능력과 문제해결능력, 창 의적 리더십과 문제해결능력 관계에서 자기효능감의 부분매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구 결과에 주목해 볼 때, 향후 교원양성 기관의 교육과정은 예비교사들의 자기주도 학습능력, 창의적 리더십, 문제해결능력, 자기효능감 등과 같 은 핵심역량 개발에 초점을 두고 재구성하는 방향으로 추진되어야 할 것이다.

This is an empirical study aiming to test the mediation effect of self-efficacy on relation between self-directed learning abilities, creative leaderships and problem solving skills for students in the college of education. With this in mind, 237 junior and senior students in a college of education, located in Gwangju Metropolitan City, were selected and surveyed for this study. As for data analysis, reliability test, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were carried out using SPSS. The results of this study were as follows. First, this study has shown that creative leadership of social leadership, personal leadership, problem solving leadership, and self-directed learning ability in cognitive․affective․behavioral domain had a positive effect on problem solving skills. It also has shown that self-efficacy had a positive effect on problem solving skills. Second, this study has shown that the partial mediation effect of self-efficacy on relation between self-directed learning ability and problem solving skill and between creative leadership and problem solving skill was significant. The results from study suggests that self-directed learning, creative leadership, self-efficacy and problem-solving skills are core competencies that pre-service teachers must develop, as proposed by many other leading educators today. In sum, it is necessary to establish strategies and plans for reorganizing the university curriculum based on the core competencies, thereby enabling students to solve various problems in real situations.
