군 병사의 범죄경험에 미치는 영향요인에 대한 연구

Study on the Influence of Army Soldiers on Criminal Behavior - focused on Self-Control Theory and General Tension Theory

이 연구는 병사들의 범죄행위에 대한 원인을 일반긴장이론, 자기통제이론을 통하여 확인하였다. 이를 위해 군교도소의 협조를 받아 2017년 1월 10일 ~ 2017년 1월 24일, 국군조사본부의 협조를 받아 2017년 3월 1일 부터 2017년 3월 28일까지 약 한달 간 병사들에 대한 설문을 실시하고 자료를 분석 하였다. 자료의 분석결과, 부정적 자극을 많이 경험했다고 생각하는 사람일수록, 낮은 자기통제력을 가진 사람일수록, 연령이 높은 사람일수록 범죄경험이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 특히 부정적 자극의 경험이 범죄경험과 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 자료수집과 병사들의 상세정보를 활용하지 못하였다는 한계가 있으나 병사들을 대상으로 범죄경험의 영향요인을 범죄학이론을 통해서 검증했다는 점에서 가치가 있다고 할 것이다.

This study confirmed the causes of criminal acts of soldiers through general tension theory and self - control theory. To this end, with the cooperation of the military prison, from January 10, 2017 to January 24, 2017, with the cooperation of the Armed Forces Investigation Division, for the month from March 1, 2017 to March 28, 2017, Survey was conducted and data were analyzed. According to the results of the analysis, it is found that people who have experienced a lot of negative stimuli, those who have low self - control, and those who are older are more likely to experience crime. Especially, experience of negative stimulation has the greatest effect on crime experience. This study is limited in that it does not utilize the data collection and detailed information of the soldiers, but it is worthy of the fact that it examines the influence factors of criminal experience on the soldiers through criminal theory.
