We will introduce some properties of strongly reduced near-rings and the notion of left ¼-regular near-ring. Also, we will study for right ¼-regular, strongly left ¼-regular, strongly right ¼-regular and strongly ¼-regular. Next, we may characterize the strongly ¼-regular near-rings with related strong reducibility.
