The traditional KoreanMathematics education approach focuses on traditional methods, whereas theWaldorf systemgives mathematics a new outlook and perhaps new capabilities. TheWaldorf schools make up the largest and fastest growing independent school movement in the world. TheWaldorf education introduces a newmethod of mathematics education and it instills intellectual skills through a artistic process allowing the pupil to actively engage the imagination. In this thesis, we will study the Waldorf ideas and curriculums of the Waldorf school. Additionally, we research the instructional methods of the mathematiscs education and compareWaldorf school with Korean schools.
