A Study on the purpose and Operating Model of school consulting for developing of community education

School consulting s goal to give active support to a school attempt at improving quality of instructional and management activities. This Study was introduce about purpose and Operating Model of school consulting system and for developing of community education. As a results of the consulting activities mentioned thus for , human relation based upon school members emphasized that free communication with others, examples human relation based upon such attitudes as school member respect of college s authority, considerateness, trust and confidence, coordination. Especially, the principal should make effort at creating a tolerant atmosphere in which the school members respect and listen the other teacher s opinion. Finally the improvement strategies for high quality of community education to vitalize the teachers conference and various committees to collect various opinions in advance for planned conference, to invigorate club activities/ the school members analyzed the case of the changes, that had occurred during the consulting process.
