In this paper, we obtain the general solution and the stability of the multi-dimensional Cauchy s functional equation f(x1 + y1; ¢ ¢ ¢ ; xn + yn) = f(x1; ¢ ¢ ¢ ; xn) + f(y1; ¢ ¢ ¢ ; yn):The function f given by f(x1; ¢ ¢ ¢ ; xn) = a1x1 + ¢ ¢ ¢ + anxn is a solution of the above functional equation.
