법 최면 수사의 성공사례 분석 및 발전 가능성 연구

A Study on the Possibility of the Development and Success Case Analysis of Forensic Hypnotic Investigation

법최면수사는 범죄사건을 조사하고 해결하는 데에 유용한 기법임에도 불구하고 한국에서는 법최면수사에 대한 과학적인 연구가 거의 없는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구의 주요 목적은 법최면수사 성공사례 23건을 분석하고 질적 연구를 실시하여 종합적인 사례분석 결과를 도출하였다. 이러한 성공사례들은 2007년도에 경찰청과 국립과학수사연구소 및 대한법최면수사학회에서 함께 발간된 “법최면수사 사례연구집”을 바탕으로 수집하였다.

Although forensic hypnotic investigation has become a useful tool to investigate the criminal cases,there is virtually no scientific research on forensic hypnotic investigation in South Korea. Therefore, the primarypurpose of this study is to qualitatively examine 23 successful criminal investigation cases that utilized forensichypnotic investigation. These successful cases was collected and published by Korea Forensic HypnoticInvestigation Society of Korean National Police Agency and National Institute of Scientific Investigation in2007 (Forensic Hypnotic Investigation of Case Study Collection).
