목맴 살인과 위장 목맴사의 사례

The Case of Homicidal Hanging and Simulated Hanging

국내 자살자 통계(2009~2013년 경찰청 변사통계)에 의하면 최근 5년간 자살 수단으로 가장 많 이 사용하고 있는 것은 끈(줄)을 이용한 목맴사이다. 그 중에서 범죄피해자의 다수를 이루고 있는 여성 의 경우 끈을 이용한 목맴사가 남성보다 많은 수치를 나타내고 있다. 일반적 목맴사의 경우, 대부분 가 족들이 먼저 발견하기 때문에 끈을 풀거나 소생의 목적으로 구급대에 의한 후송 등으로 현장이 훼손되 는 경우가 많으며 또한 주위의 시선을 의식해 조용히 장례를 치루고자 가족들이 사실을 숨기는 사례도 발생한다. 본 사례는 변사현장에서 가장 많이 볼 수 있는 자살 방법인 목맴사를 가장하여 현장을 고의로 훼손하거나 숨기는 등의 방법을 사용하여 피해자를 살해한 사건이다. 이러한 타살 사건에서 피해자에게 나타나는 법의학적인 시체현상과 명확한 증거들을 통하여 현장요원들의 판단을 돕고자 한다.

According to the statistic of domestic suicide (Statistic of unnatural death case from National Police Agency in 2009~2013), hanging by rope was the most used suiciding act in recent 5 years. Most of the victim of hanging by rope was women, which showed more number than men. Generally the actual place of crime is mostly found first by the family of the victim, Therefore it is damaged due to evacuation by the rescuers to revival the victim or unfastening rope. And also, the fact of hanging suicide is sometimes hidden by the victim s family because they are conscious of the eyes of others around them. This study of crime case is the specific case of the crime which was used to hide or damage the crime scene by murder disguising crime scene as hanging suicide. This study will help agents to make decisions clear by showing clear evidence and medical phenomenon on the dead body of victim of these murder cases.
