대학생 요구분석을 통한 지속적 질관리 기반 학습 및 진로 경력개발 시스템으로서의 e-러닝포트폴리오 활용방안 탐색

Exploration of a Utilization plan for e-learning Portfolios as CQI-based Learning and Career Development Systems through a needs analysis of College Students

최근 정부주도하에 대학교육의 선도화에 대한 노력이 가속화되면서, 대학들은 학생역량관리 지원 프로그램 운영, 데이터 기반의 체계적 교육질관리 등에 대해 많은 관심과 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 연구는 이를 위한 지원시스템으로써, 지속적인 질관리 기반 학습 및 진로경력개발 시스템의 기능으로 하는 e-러닝포트폴리오의 가능성을 탐색하고, 수요자인 학생의 요구분석을 통해 이러한 e-러닝포트폴리오의 도입 및 활용방안에 대해 논의하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 학생들은 지속적인 질관리 기반 학습 및 진로경력개발시스템으로서 e-러닝포트폴리오에 대해 긍정적으로 생각하고, 적극적인 활용 의향을 가지고 있었다. 둘째, 성별, 전공영역과 같은 학생의 특성에 따라 차별화된 도입 및 활용 전략을 마련해 접근할 필요가 있다.

Nowadays, as the government has been accelerating the advancement of university education, many universities have shown much interest and effort in the management of learning competency support systems and systematically data-based continuous quality improvement (CQI) in university education. The purpose of this study is to explore the possibilities of e-learning portfolios, which function as CQI-based learning and career development systems, and to discuss the introduction and utilization of e-learning portfolios by considering a needs analysis of college students, viewed as consumers. The results are as follows. First, college students have a positive view of e-learning portfolios as CQI-based learning and career development systems, and have intention of utilizing them. Second, universities need to provide a differentiated utilization plan and strategy according to various characteristics of college students, such as gender and major.
