Cross-Over 교육모형 구축을 위한 경력개발 프로그램설계에 관한 연구 -H 사이버대 컴퓨터공학과를 중심으로-

A Design of Career Development Program for Cross-Over Educational Model: Focused on Computer Science Department Students in H Cyber University

Cross-Over 교육모형은 1차 직업을 가진 현업교육 수요자가 재교육을 통해 자신의 전문지식을 심화 하고, 2차 교육을 통해 자신의 기존 전문지식을 포기하지 않고 새로운 지식을 습득함으로써 1차 지식과 2차 지식을 연결하는 쌍방향 맞춤형의 신교육개념이다. 대부분의 학생들이 소위 셀러던트(salardent: salaryman+student)로 구성되어 있는 사이버대학교에서는 특히 평생교육의 연장선상에서 C-O 교육모델의 적용을 통해 자신의 진로를 재설계할 수 있다. 본 연구는 C-O 교육모형의 한 축을 구성하고 있는 경력개발 프로그램(CDP: career development program)의 구체적인 내용으로 학생들의 생애적 관점을 고려하면서 자발적 참여를 극대화하기 위한 6단 계의 연속적 체계적 모형과 세부프로그램들을 제시하였다. 또한 H사이버대 컴퓨터공학과 재학생들을 대상으로 실증조사를 통해 C-O 교육모형의 적용을 위한 CDP의 필요성, 참여의사 등을 검증하였다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 사이버대 학생들의 경력개발관리와 동시에 산업체 재직자나 이직희망자를 위한 제2 의 학습기회 제공 및 전직을 지원하는 효과적인 CDP를 구축하기 위한 기초자료로서 기여할 것이다.

Cross-over educational model is a customized interactive educational concept which reinforces professional knowledge by re-education and helps to explore new ideas for current professionals. Due to the fact that most of students in cyber university are salerdent (salaryman+student), the cross-over educational model is an expansion of a continuing education in terms of redesigning one s career path. This study is a part of cross-over educational model which focuses on career development program. The programs, reflects students life-long aspects of career path to encourage voluntary participation, are developed as six series of structured programs. It also examined necessity and participation of career development programs to computer science department students in H-cyber university. This study will be used as preliminary resources to build effective career development programs which maintains career path and provides scholarly opportunities for cyber university students.
