사이버대학에서의 Cross-over형 교육 모델 구축 방안

A Cross-over Educational Model for Cyber Universities

기존의 실용주의적 교과과정의 수립에 있어 교육의 진정한 수요자인 학생의 가치와 목표는 도외시 되고 기업수요의 중심에 그 중심이 맞추어져 있었다. 이는 기존 오프라인대학이 가지는 특성에 기인한 것이지 모든 대학교육에 정답이 될 수는 없는 것이다. 대학은 세가지 기능을 한다, 지식탐구의 연구적 기능, 학생들이 장차 사회의 일원으로 활동할 수 있도록 하는 직업교육, 새로운 지식을 창출할 연구자를 위한 전문교육이 이에 해당한다. 대학이 이 세가지 기능을 모두 완벽하게 실현할 수 있다면 좋겠지만 대학이 처한 상황과 역할에 따라 어느 한부분이 약화되기도 하고, 다른 부분을 배제하는 유형의 대학(직업교육대학의 경우에는 사실상 연구기능과, 전문교육은 상실되었다고 할 수 있다)이 존재하기도 한다. 평생교육을 위한 사이버대학의 경우 현실적 여건에 따라 연구적 기능과, 전문교육을 위한 체계는 부족한 편이다. 그리고 직업교육적 기능 또한 오프라인대학과 다른 점이 있다. 성인학생들에 의한 자기발전전 학습요구를 충족하기 위해서는 학생의 주도적 욕구와 현실사회의 변화를 적절히 반영하는 시스템이 필요하다. 또한 성인 교육에서 필요한 집중식 교육과정의 필요성도 점증되고 있다. 특히 사이버 대학과 같이 e-러닝의 중핵들이 학생수요를 비롯 기업 및 대학의 요구에 신속하게 대응할 수 있는 장점을 고려하여 각 주체 일방의 요구에 전도되지 않고 주체들의 다양한 기대 치를 다원적인 전공트랙 구성을 통하여 구현하는 것이다. cross-over형 모델은 위한 같은 원칙을 실현하기 위한 방안을 제시되었다. 학교는 다양한 학문적 실용 결과를 분석하고 그에 맞은 교과과정을 학생들에게 제시하고 학생들이 자신의 학문적 능력과 욕구 희 망을 판단하게하여(c-o형 진단시스템) 자신에게 적합한 교육과정을 찾도록 하는 것이다.

This approach is to give life to cultivation of specialized human resources based on customer-orient education service. Although there are many researches in customer-orient curriculum to come up to new information society s demands. most university curriculums are failing to execute academic-industrial cooperation. Recently, the 7th on-demand partial amendment of educational curriculum at national level is being executed in full- scale. Educational curriculum for elementary and middle class at national level is the systematic and organized program for cultivation of competent persons in order to foster the desired image of human kind for the future society pursued by the nation. This is full of suggestions in adult education curriculum. customers in education service are not only companies(employer’s organization) but also student. but many academic-industrial curriculum lay emphasis on companies demand. it is correct for off-line universities that have students-the unemployed- in twenties but not correct cyber(on-line) universities that have students in all different ages Therefore, this research shall look into academic-industrial curriculum based on constructivism at level of general outline as well as their particulars, and present means of amendment of the amendment of the national level educational curriculum for establishment of true adult education. we make new educational model for andragogy, Cross-Over program
