CROSS-OVER Supporting 시스템 수용모형 구축에 관한 연구 -TAM을 중심으로-

A Study on Constructing Acceptance Model of CROSS-OVER Supporting System

본 연구는 국내 H 사이버대학에서 시도하고 있는 실험적 교육모형인 CROSS-OVER(이하 C-O)의 구체적 산물인 COS 센터가 실제로 교육수요자인 학습자들에게 어떠한 요인들에 의해 수용되는지를 실증적으로 검증해보고자 하는 의도에서 출발했다. 이를 통해 보다 적확한 수용모형을 도출함으로써, C-O 형 교육모형의 수용 및 확산을 위한 전략적 제언을 시도하고자 했다. 따라서 본 연구는 다음과 같은 구체적인 연구목적을 갖고 출발했다. 첫째, C-O 형 교육모형의 실천적 산물인 COS 센터의 수용과정은 어떻게 구조화된 모형으로 이해될 수 있는가를 살피는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 혁신의 확산과정을 이해하는 구조적 모형인 TAM을 모태로 이를 연구대상의 특성에 맞도록 적절하게 변형시킨 제안된 연구모형을 도출했다. 그리고 이를 실증적으로 검증하기 위해 구조방정식을 이용해 가설을 검증했다. 검증결과, 독립변수로 설정된 인지된 편리성 및 유용성, 적합성 가운데 매개변수인 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것은 유용성과 적합성이었다. 또한 독립변수간 관계로 설정된 편리성이 유용성에 미치는 영향 역시 유의미한 것으로 검증됐다. 더불어 만족도가 지속적 행위의 도에도 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 편리성은 만족도에 직접적인 영향을 주지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 기존 선행연구의 결과와 배치되는 것으로 향후 연구를 통해 보다 엄밀한 추가적 분석이 요구되는 대목이다.

This study started from the intention to construct the persuasive theory explaining the adoption process of CROSS-OVER Supporting center(COS center), which is a system practicing the CROSS-OVER educational model. The researcher established hypothesis under two objectives of study and they are: what factors affect the behavior of adopting the information technology (COS center) and how can they be structured. The following are the results of the hypothesis test for each objectives. First, perceived usefulness, compatibility affect satisfaction and satisfaction affect consistent intention of use. Second, perceived ease of use is a factor that affects perceived usefulness, however perceived ease of use doesn t affect satisfaction. Consequently, based on the above results, researcher suggests the Adoption Model of COS center constructed by modifying Technology Acceptance Model(TAM).
