지속가능한 인간개발을 위한 교양교육과정 수립 방안

A Proposal for Establishment of Durable Human Development Liberal Education Courses in Cyber University

본 연구는 특수한 사이버 대학교라는 현실에서 다양한 교양교육의 요구에 부응하여 어떤 형태의 교양교육체계를 구축할 것인가에 대한 고민의 결과이다. 그리고 그것의 해결을 위해서 첫째 기초교양→교양심화→전공지원교양에 이르는 교양트랙과 교양교육과 전공교육을 연계하되 교양교육의 인문적 목적에 부응하는 인간개발교육과정의 필요성을 제안하고, 이른바 인간개발 교육과정을 제안하였다. 인간개발교육과정은 세가지 세부트랙 즉, 재외동포교육 과정, 인성계발교육과정(인성트랙)과 공직실무자격증코스(실무인트랙)등으로 구성되며, 교양 이수최저기준을 설정하여 교양선택을 통해서도 원활하게 과정의 재생산이 가능하도록 하는 것이 특성이다. 이렇게 몇가지 트랙을 구성하려는 목적은 따로 있다. 그 목적이란 바로 대학공통교양의 내실을 기한 위에 이를 바탕으로 교양 교육과정의 전면적인 복수트랙화이다. 그것을 통해서 교양과목의 난립을 저지하고 1교수 1과정체제 원리 아래 조직적인 교양교육이 되게 하려는 것이다. 기왕의 전공지원 6대 영역교양은 바로 그러한 인간개발교육과정의 최종단계로 설정 하여 각 학과 대표와 교양학부가 교육과정위원회를 통하여 협의하여 매년 전공지원 교육과 정을 갱신한다면 자연스럽게 고급스럽고, 미래지향적인 전문인재의 양성이라는 대학의 목표에 부합되는 교양교육과정을 확립하게 될 것이다.

this paper aimed for build up the foundation of durable liberal arts education system and for proposal of durable human development liberal education plan in cyber university. How to settle the matter? I propose a new education plan at the existing system. The first, we must carrying out the reorganization of liberal arts education like as Basic level courses, in other words core courses for all departments→mid-level courses, education courses for Human Development→Upper level courses, requirement courses for 6 department fields. Second, steadily carrying out the education courses for Human Development inclusive of Korean studies offered in foreign languages, entry Level courses for government-related Employment and certificate, humanity Development track. Third, we must setting up the liberal arts subjects completion standard and one professor one track system. The last, reorganization of the existing requirement courses for 6 department fields. As a matter of fact, this 6 department fields were field of specialization. this problem that must be solved as soon as possible. As mentioned above, it was very important for efficiency of that analyzing about diverse method of Human Development education courses as liberal arts curriculum in Cyber university. cation
