A Study on the Conceptual Framework of Digital Literacy Education for the Improvement of Communicative Competence

소통능력증진을 위한 디지털 리터러시 교육의 개념적 프레임웍에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 디지털 리터러시 소통 능력을 증진하기 위해서 디지털 리터러시의 개념적 틀을 어떤 형태로 구성해야 하는지를 조사 분석하여 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 디지털 환경에서 필요한 소통의 필수적인 요소들을 문헌연구를 통하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 문법, 담론, 사회․언어적 그리고 전략이 개념적 틀에 필요한 것 으로 나타났다. 그리고 디지털 리터러시 소통의 인지적 과정은 걸러내기(filtering), 의미연결하기(meaning matching), 의미구성하기(meaning construction) 순서로 이 루어지는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 디지털 소통 능력을 증진하는 방법에는 창의적 제작(creative production), 비판적 이해(critical understanding), 협력(collabor ation) 등이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to review the conceptual frameworks that refer to digital literacy, which focus on communication for the improvement of digital communicative competence in the digital environment. The authors of this study considered important factors of communication in the digital environment, including grammar competency, discourse competency, sociolinguistic competency, and strategy competency. These factors were also considered to be essential to performing a course of data processing for digital communication. Thus, this study aim to demonstrate that digital communicative competence can be improved based on digital literacy, a conceptual framework composed by critical understanding, original manufacturing, and cooperative activities during data processing.
