사이버대 학생들의 사회복지현장실습 성과측정을 위한 탐색적 고찰

An exploratory study on outcome assessment of fieldwork in social work

이 논문은 사회복지교육에 있어 가장 중요한 요소인 현장 실습의 성과에 대한 탐색적 연구이다. 아직까지 현장실습의 중요성에 비해 성과에 대한 합의가 이루어지지 않고 있어 성과에 대한 측정이 어렵다. 그러나 교육의 효과성을 논의하기 위해서는 성과측정이 반드시 이루어져야한다는 점을 전제로 그동안의 현장실습 성과 에 대한 연구들을 살펴보고 사이버대 학생들에게 적용할 수 있는 방법을 논의한다.

This article is an exploratory study on outcome assessment of fieldwork in social work, which is the most important element of social work education. Despite of the gravity of social work fieldwork, the assessment of the outcome has been a very difficult subject to resolve. However, to discuss whether a social work field work has been carried out in an effective way, the assessment of the outcome is crucial. This article reviews various studies in outcome assessment and discusses how the results of such studies can be applied to the online-based college students.
