SNS 활용 수업에서 학습자 상호작용, 학습몰입, 학습만족도, 인지된 학습성과 간의 구조 관계 분석

Analysis of the Structural Relationship among Learner Interaction, Learning flow, Learning Satisfaction, and Perceived Learning Outcomes in SNS-based Instruction

본 연구는 SNS 활용 수업을 통해 학습자 상호작용이 학습몰입, 학습만족도, 인지된 학습성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보며 각 변인간의 구조 관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구 대상으로 경기도 도시에 소재한 공립초등학교 6학년 135명으로 하였으며, SNS 활용 수업 후 설문을 통해 수집한 자료 중 무응답 및 성실하지 않은 응답을 제외하고 총 107명의 자료만을 분석에 사용하였다. SNS 활용 수업은 질의·응답, 토의·토론, 실시간 자료 공유, 과제 제출, 투표 등을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, SNS를 활용한 수업에서 학습자 상호작용은 학습몰입에 정적인 영향(.83)을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학습자 상호작용은 학습 몰입을 매개하여 학습만족도에 정적인 영향(.69)을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학습몰입은 학습만족도에 정적인 영향(.84)을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 학습자 상호작용은 학습 몰입을 매개하여 인지된 학습성과에 정적인 영향(.75)을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 학습몰입은 인지된 학습성과에 정적인 영향(.91)을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 초·중등 교육현장에서 SNS 활용 수업의 효과성 탐색이 필요하며, SNS 활용방법에 관한 후속연구가 필요하다.

The purpose of this study was to find effects of the various forms of learner interaction on learning flow, learning satisfaction and perceived learning outcomes in SNS-based Instruction. The subjects of this study were 135 public elementary school students in Gyeonggi-do, and only 107 data were used for analysis except for the non-response and insincere response. The SNS-based Instruction used questions, answers, discussions, real-time data sharing, assignments, and voting. The results of the study were as followed. First, in SNS-based Instruction, the effect of learner interaction was statistically significant on learning flow. Secondly, learner interaction had a statistically significant effect on learning satisfaction mediated by learning flow. Thirdly, learning flow had a statistically significant effect on learning satisfaction. Fourthly, learner interaction had a statistically significant effect on perceived learning outcomes mediated by learning flow. Fifthly, learning flow had a statistically significant effect on perceived learning outcomes. Based on the results of study, it is necessary to explore the effectiveness of SNS-based instruction in elementary and secondary education and study the educational use of SNS.
