직업사회교과에서 Blended-Learning의 효과에 관한 연구

This study was conducted to develop Blended-Learning method for increasing students engagement to the job-related classes. The prime objectives of this study is to develop Blended-Learning model for improving efficiency of job-related classes and to verify the effectiveness of the developed Blended-Learning model. Based on the these study objective, CAE method as blended-learning developed in this study is applied to an occupational sociology class. The CAE method was tested on 62 college students in Daegu for 16 weeks. The college students were divided in two groups, the control group and the experimental group. The T-Test analysis is conducted for verifying the effectiveness of CAE method. Before the experiment, the difference of the employment competencies between the control group and the experimental group was measured. As a result of T-Test analysis, employment competencies were not significant between the control group and the experimental group. After the experiment, employment competencies of both the control group and the experimental group appeared significant difference. According to the results of empirical analysis with T-Test, experimental group s employment competencies was more higher than control group s. In conclusion, Blended-Learning is very effective to enhance students interests and engagement, and increase students employment competencies.
