In recent years, the studies of mechanical property of weld materials were comparative analysis result and one of the most important basic test of our welding industry. In this paper was valuation weldability of GTAW, SMAW, GMAW and FCAW welding. The SS400 was welding E7016, 304S, Solid wire, Flux cored wire welding material of through SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW. The Tensile strength was the highest GTAW+FCAW, and Impact strength was the highest GTAW+SMAW, through Tension Test and Impact Test. The sophistication and get some accurate data is the time enough through Tension Test and Impact Test. The results showed that Tensile strength and Impact strength was affected by all of this compound welding method.
