Abrasion of the current hard facing in welding material requires crushing rolls and most notably Cr wire welding and fabrication, and maintenance is to be considered as a trend. So in this study Cr in the W, Mo, Cb, V, to be added to the composite wire is gradually moved at high Cr wire specimens and composite specimens which are fabricated with wire and complex flux wire specimens. A more efficient and suitable material is to replaced by comparison. Therefore, two members of the weld microstructure and hardness and wear performance to be compared to more appropriate uses in the field and meet the ever verified were aimed at appling. 1) There were relatively huge difference from middle to high layer in the primary, M7C3 of High Cr wire specimen but the complex flux wire specimen’s distribution was appeared as a evenness. 2) The Cr wire welding’s hardness was more higher than the complex wire welding. 3) There were relatively less wear in the complex wire weld part compare to kind of overlay weld part.
