In this paper, a study on development for initial real time prediction of thermal fatigue relating to high temperature creep strength and creep life during long time for high temperature tube materials in power plants such as 1Cr0.5Mo, 2.25Cr1Mo and STB52 steels was performed on round bar type specimens at the high temperatures of 500℃, 550℃ and 600℃. The relationship between thermal fatigue and creep properties and initial strain was also studied.
