DC모터 정상상태 수학적 모델의 정확도 평가

Mathematical model was required in order to design the compensator of DC motor. In this paper mathematical model in a steady state was built using low price instruments such as current meter and frequency counter instead of expensive instruments such as FFT server analyzer, torque meter and high performance DAQ device. Assuming that the angular velocity is constant in steady state we built model explaining the torque produced by current is the same torque disturbed by mechanical friction. To test the accuracy of the proposed mathematical model we compared it with the traditional T-N mathematical model. When the index of the DC motor system was 1, the T-N model was 1.1023, the proposed model 1.0153. The present study confirmed through experiment that the new model are more accurate than the traditional model.
