CaWO4 첨가에 따른 TiTe3O8 세라믹스의 저온소결 특성

A Study of Low Temperature Sintering Behaviors of TiTe3O8 Ceramics with CaWO4 Additions

The microwave dielectric properties of the (1-x)TiTe3O8-xCaWO4 (x=0.3, 0.4) ceramics were investigated for LTCC application. All specimens were prepared by solid-state reaction method. From the XRD patterns, all ceramics had the TiTe3O8 phase (columbite structure) and CaWO4 phase.(scheelite structure) It was found that the sintering temperature have influence on microwave dielectric properties of the (1-x)TiTe3O8-xCaWO4 ceramics. In the case of the 0.6TiTe3O8-0.4CaWO4 ceramics sintered at 810℃ and 0.7TiTe3O8-0.3CaWO4 ceramics sintered at 800℃, the bulk density, the dielectric constant and the quality factor were 5.72 g/㎤, 33.6, 22,013 GHz and 5.55 g/㎤, 34.4 and 19,330 GHz, respectively.
