AI합금 5083을 이용한 머시닝센터 가공에서 표면 거칠기 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

CNC machining produces various sorts of parts productions thereby developments processing-based industries such as automobile, appliances, semiconductors, and rockets etc. and also enable industry to mass-produce with high quality and low costs. Magnesium alloy constructed of HCP(Hexagonal Close Packed) have plastic machining difficult, high oxygen affinity and poor corrosion resistance to seawater and the atmosphere so much so that the research is not going far enough. In this research, by using materials of Al alloy A5083, I investigate and analyze the surface roughness with a certain depth of cut fixed by Machining Ceter(TNV-40A) and various feed rates, speeds, and processing methods after modeling and simulated machining with Gibbs CAM.
