To manage food & beverage products efficiently, Regarding cost management, food & beverage sales should be improved as much as possible. Regarding sales management, sales strategy should be used according to the ability of sales personnel. Respecting customer relations, customers should be provided with better service when products are managed from the customer viewpoint, and by doing so, the first-mover advantage can be gained in the market competition between hotel companies. If food and beverage are managed efficiently, it can contribute to increasing the sales volume of food and beverage which takes up the largest part of the overall sales of hotels.
