A Study on the Unique Mentoring Model for Korea Polytechnics

Solid humane education is the key to the successful training for capable man and bring up the education completeness. Big firms recognize that the humane education is as important as practical skills and they require that from colleges. These days, college freshmen who grew up in the academic environment, are lack of exposure to the humane education. Especially Korea Polytechnics are having a hard time training them due to the fact that the majority of students are from low income family or under poor family situation. Also they are lack of motivation, confidence and self-efficiency. This paper have been developed for 2 years for unique mentoring model of nurturing creative, skillful and sophisticated man. After same time, this study also propose the future direction of the mentoring model.
